Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. If items show signs of wear or have been used, they may not be eligible for return.

Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the item you are returning, including all original packaging and accessories. Include the original receipt or sales order or a note with your order number, shipping address and contact info and the reason for return or exchange.
Shipping the Return: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
